Yoga for Wellbeing

As the above quote says, by one of the
most well known yogis, and probably
the most well known yoga discipline;
yoga can change your life; not only from
the physical side - (Health) - but also -
the (wellbeing) side.


Yoga is one of the best known health and
wellbeing disciplines that can be classed
not only as a cardio workout, but a great
workout for: flexibility, focusing the mind
through meditation and using the breathing
techniques to calm the mind for your mental
wellbeing.



Yoga in the workplace

Yoga should be encouraged by all employers;
whether their team practice at home or a
designated space provided in their workplace.

Employers can use yoga as an incentive to
get their team active in a group environment
to not only improve working relationships
through a team event, but also to tick the box
for a workplace wellbeing initiative.

Allowing your team to practice at work
either before or after work; or to
encourage the team to partake in a
local group session nearby, will be a huge
benefit to the company/business and
show to the team that you, the employer
have the best interests for your team for
their health and wellbeing.
