achieving a greater degree of team
collaboration, coordination, cooperation 
is to improve the teams working 
relationships.
Only then can you create great teamwork. 

Then will your company have the ability
to direct individual accomplishments
toward organizational objectives,
through having built up and developed
stronger working bonds, greater work
ethics and then an improvement in work
output.

Teamwork is achievable but it takes
time. It cannot be achieved overnight,
but it is something that can be done
with minimal effort but it has to be
regularly enough, so that relationships 
can be grown and developed over time
and with no time lapses.

Team building is the best method to
acheive it as fun and laughter can
acheive fast results.

Socialising at work and outside of
work, is one easy way to build
relationships. 
Team lunches.
External activities. 
And, play some games.
