Being happy in life is a must for
your personal wellbeing: and, as
well as impacting your social life
with family and friends, it can
transfer into your work life- impacting
on your work colleagues as well.
Moving is one little thing that you can
do, for free, to help and assist in:
general wellbeing, weight loss,
getting your daily dose off vitamin D.
Also,
Walking to clear your mind and reset;
some say walking can improve your
work output.
But just remember, one wonderful
little tip from the great South African
golfer, Gary Player.
Always walk at a good clip.
