'Work hard, stay positive, and get up early. It's the best part of the day.'
George Allen
And for those of you not working have an eggs-cellent Easter.
Even at the end of the week, and if particularly a busy, tough and exhausting week - get up early and on time, maintaining your set routine and be happy that yes, it is the end of the working week and the start of the weekend: but feel good for what you have achieved this week at work, and in your social life which will include hobbies and any other pastimes.
Finishing the week on a high energetic level knowing that you have accomplished what you set out to achieve in the workplace has been achieved - then not only does this start the weekend off with a positive vibe, but will hopefully carry through and into Monday morning and back into the working week; unless you are lucky to have the bank holiday off.
Thoughts for Friday
Try and set yourself feelgood points throughout your weekend to maintain the feeling of being positive and happy and enthusiastic.
This could be meeting friends, planning time with the partner or spouse or an outing for the children to hunt some eggs - or just time for yourself.
Thanks for reading and until next week
