No excuses Tuesday


Is one day for - no excuses - if your business
will allow you to start the day off with twenty
minutes of fun.

The easiest team building game is simply to
get your team together in a room, and the
team leader will go around each team
member and ask them what they did last
night, or ate last night or watched on TV.

This a great way to build on each individuals
working knowledge of each other.
These getting-to-know-you-games will build
on and develop the teams talking points
and will further develop their personal and
working relationships - which will add to an
improvement in the businesses work output.


A more knowledgeable team,
is a more talkative team.
A more talkative team is a more
productive team; and a more
happier team is one that will
produce more work output.


Team building comes in many different
forms; from physical to classroom but
they all contribute to a better working
environment and a healthier working
environment.
